Happy to announce the start of a new project. It took forever, but here we go!
This lovely porch was pressure washed a few days ago. Lots of the paint peeled off! I have my 5 gallon bucket of primer, and all my scraping/sanding tools at the ready!
Looks like the weather will cooperate as well. I have a column in the corner that needs rebuilding. It looks like most of it is salvageable. Hopefully the little trim I need will be ready made at the local lumbar yard. More pics to come!
After a quick look at the local lumberyard, it will not be as easy as I guessed in finding a few of the trim boards I need. Might have to look online.
